"Accesibility in a changing world"...
Developed for Melbourne Australia's public transport system, and thought for users with physical limitations or disabilities such as poliomyelitis, wheelchair users, adavanced age users or even users with crutches, canes or people carrying strollers.
Public transport in Melbourne has great infrastructure and quality, all people use it. Over the years, more and more people prefer the usage of public transport, some of them, with different needs and capabilities, for whom, accessibility turns into an important matter.
The usual or only way of interaction with the transport system, is the button interface, which is not as easy to use for the users that we’re focusing on, and they also have to struggle with such things as the oversaturation in the wagons.
The Project resulted in the creation of a high-tech projector which allows easy installation, variable ambient and illumination creation, interactive projections therefore, different experiences for users. The projections allow having different ambient and atmospheres without the need of physical or architectural changes to the space.
The projections are meant to be played according to the actual experience in the city, such as, cold, heat, rain or sun, the atmosphere inside the metro can help people feel more comfortable and less stressed and annoyed by the underground walks.
The projector is able to Project either on the wall or on the floor, and with its “ultra short throw” tech, people passing through the station won’t be a problem.

Based in the philosophy of smart+slow cities and focused on the metro transport system
The metro transport system in Barcelona is an underground city by itself (metro stations), not necessarily “connected” to the real city even though its “connecting” it.
The project aims towards uniting the underground city with the exterior city, and making the transit experience in the stations something more enjoyable, interesting and entertaining even more “nutritive”. Also, provide the metro of Barcelona with its own personality, dynamics, innovation and renovation.
INSPIRED BY THE SHAPE, FORM, MATERIALS, SURFACES, TEXTURES AND PRESONALITY OF THE NEW VOLVO XC-90 ... TRANSLATING ALL ITS VALUES AND ESSENCE INTO A BRAND NEW OBJECT. INCLUDING THE UNIQUE FEEL, EXPERIENCE, DESIGN INTELLIGENCE AND HEART-CRAFTED DETAIL THAT DEFINES ALL THE WORK FROM VOLVO.
